  4. Obey the rules of ASTA association. In fact, we are now working on a lab to run all the tests required according to ASTA Analytical Method which are necessary for our products such as Cumin, Anis, Nigella… Three necessary measures are inevitable:
    1. A modified Clevenger method to determine the amount of steam volatile oil.
    2. An estimation of the proportion of moisture inherent in each type of spices by co-distillation.
    3. Upon the request of customers, we also examine the products through germ and microbiological analyses in special external laboratories that we deal with.
